Crouch Amirbeaggi is delighted to announce that Timothy Holden has joined our team to head up our Melbourne office.
Formerly at Foremans Business Services, Timothy is a Registered Liquidator and Trustee in Bankruptcy; a Chartered Accountant (Fellow) and a member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association.
He is also a graduate (Order of Merit) of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Timothy has worked exclusively in the insolvency industry since 1990, acquiring extensive experience in all facets of corporate and personal insolvency administrations in a career spanning almost three decades.
Having a background in psychology, communication and management consulting, Timothy has a unique perspective into the insolvency and reconstruction industry and a realistic view of the business and commercial sectors. He approaches his appointments with a sense of economic reality and independence.
A former member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Regional Council and the Trans-Tasman Public Practice Advisory Committee, Timothy is acutely aware of the problems and issues faced by accounting professionals and business proprietors and brings a valuable sense of perspective to his new firm.
Crouch Amirbeaggi, established more than 18 years ago, has worked on around 1,000 corporate and personal insolvencies worth in excess of $600 million in creditor claims.
We find turnaround work to be the most dynamic and rewarding and are proud to have traded and sold nationwide businesses worth in excess of $100 million in assets and 3,000 creditors.
We are experts in personal and corporate insolvency and specialise in turnaround and restructuring services and have managed a vast range of clients from large complex administrations to micro wind ups in the SME market. Currently there are around a dozen staff members in our Sydney office.
Our clients include the major banks, various second-tier financiers, lawyers and accountants; but our speciality is, and always has been, helping small businesses through financial difficulty.
