AIIP MELBOURNE CHAPTER MINI CONFERENCE

ADVERTORIAL

The Melbourne Insolvency Community will get together on Tuesday 30 November for a morning of short, sharp, terrific TED style presentations by top speakers followed by lunch and plenty of networking at the RACV Club.

The AIIP’s mini conference styled “out on parole” includes a case study on the Equestrian Australia Voluntary Administration from Robert Dalton, CEO of Sport Australia, a session on eliminating heart attacks by Professor David Hare OAM and personal observations by Honourable Justice Michael Osborne of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Also included in the talks will opportunity for funding for small scale litigation by Kovi Paneth of Pretium, and a cautionary tale for expert witnesses by Carrie Rome-Sievers, Barrister. All these are very topical now topics that we can learn from, plan for and share in our work.

The conference is open to lawyers, financiers, and other service providers as well as of course to insolvency practitioners and their senior staff.

A virtual offering is available via ZOOM for those attendees who cannot attend in person.

Further details are in the brochure and a registration link is available here or head to aiip.org.au.
