Fort Restructuring Director Tony Hui.

With volumes surging it’s no surprise insolvency practitioners are rewarding talent, expanding their businesses and recruiting to propel growth.

Over at Mark Robinson and Ken Whittingham’s Fort Restructuring, senior manager Tony Hui has been promoted to Director.

Hui spent eight years at dVT Group before joining Fort in 2023 and has extensive experience in fintech, education, hospitality, manufacturing, and property, including the Toplace Group.

In a statement released by Fort Hui said the shake-out in the construction and property sectors has not yet fully played out, with construction being the busiest sector for insolvencies in the last six months.

“The risk is that any potential light at the end of the tunnel the property sector is looking for may yet be a train of unforeseen events heading towards them,” Hui said.
