Earlier this month iNO reported that ATO leant on Richard Albarran and Kathleen Vouris to the point where they agreed to relinquish their appointments as liquidators of Fraser Holdings NSW Pty Ltd.
Perhaps not surprisingly, the Hall Chadwick duo aren’t the only practitioners to have folded in the face of the steamroller that is the four BRI Ferrier NSW principals funded by the ATO to pursue tens of millions in PAYG and GST refunds alleged to have been siphoned from myriad companies, many if not all ar linked to a small accounting and cons
On March 11 the Federal Court made orders appointing Peter Krejci and John Keenan as joint and several liquidators of Eastrock Civilworks Pty Ltd (Eastrock); Platinum Logistics Aust Pty Ltd (Platinum) and Virtical Pty Ltd.
Consenting to orders which authorised his removal was Rogers & Carson director Nicarson Natkunarajah, who helpfully identifies as Nic Raja on social media and elsewhere.
Raja was appointed via a resolution of members in mid-2023 following a referral from Sam Cassaniti’s Accolade Advisory, since rebadged as Capital Financial Advisory Pty Ltd and since rebadging placed under the control of Krejci and Keenan as receivers on February 19, 2025.
Accolade was also the referrer identified in Albarran and Vouris’s DIRRI.
According Raja’s DIRRI he received the referral from Eastrock’s external accountant Accolade Advisory.
Accolade was also the referrer on the Platinum job in mid-2024 and Virtical on October 16, 2024.
Remuneration reports Raja distributed to creditors of the three entities in January ahead of seeking remuneration approval without convening a meeting curiously show Raja charging out as a Director at $515 an hour; a Manager at $355 an hour and as a Senior Accountant at $240 an hour.
iNO asked Raja if he was operating understaffed but no response was received prior to publication.
