Aston Chace loses a RegLiq, rival gains one

Word from iNO’s Clarence Street spies is that Aston Chace and its partner Rajiv Goyal are in the process of parting ways.

Certainly the Aston Chace website indicates such. Everyone from the firm’s two founder principals to its assistant managers gets their beaming mug on the “Our People” page. But no Goyal.

That didn’t stop co-founder Steve Naidenov telling iNO in response to our inquiries that Goyal “remains employed by the Aston Chace Group”.

iNO’s mail however is that Goyal is off to Olvera Advisors to work with Neil Cussen.

The man himself was disinclined to confirm or deny, which may have been no more than having his mind on other matters, like the generous four month convening period extension Goyal’s barrister won from NSW Supreme Court judge Ashley Black yesterday in the matter of Innova Group Australia.

Goyal is sole appointee on all his external administrations meaning Innova, which has claims, contracts and a potential sale transaction in its near future will shift to Olvera, though no doubt a carve up of WIP will need to be sorted.
